Vets came to Visit RM : 11.03.2015
This week, RM and RC had a special visit from the Vets and Harvey the dog. The vets showed the children the different type of equipment they use everday. In addition, they explained how they looked after the pets in the Vet surgery. The children in RM were eager to ask a lot of questions.
For phonics, RM have learnt the digraph 'ai' and 'th'. Next week, RM will be learning the digraph 'ee' and the trigraph (3 letters which makes 1 sound) 'igh'. In Mathematics, the children have been learning to estimate and sequence numbers in the correct order. In addition, we are using our nose buttons to help us add. Next week in Mathematics, RM will be focusing on number lines and how it can used for adding.
