Visit from a veteran

Mrs Bland's father, Mr Parker was kind enough to come to school on 11 February to talk to the children about his experiences during the war. Year 6 gained so much from his visit as they have read his diary and this was a wonderful opportunity for them to ask him lots of questions about the war.
