Week of 04.04.2014
This week we have been learning about Easter. We made our Easter card. We did marbling painting for the front of the card which was cut in an oval shape. The children wrote a message for their families inside the card. We have been busy making Easter baskets and inside the baskets, we put an chocolate nest with three chocolate eggs and a small chick. For the chocolate nest, we melted the chocolate and mixed in the shredded wheat. Today in the nursery, we had the visit of a very important bunny! It was the Easter bunny. He was in a rush and we could only see his white fluffy tail from a distance. He left us some chocolate eggs and we had an Easter egg hunt!
