DT competition and worry boxes
On Tuesday 12th March, the winners of the DT competition were announced in assembly. All of the models that the children made of Newton Farm School were stunning and we have now displayed them in our main entrance. The children were able to use the DT skills taught in their lessons to produce these models. Well done to all of the children for their exceptional work. Congratulations to Shaylan and Shereya who were the winners and well done for working together to put together the overall winning model!
The staff also spoke to the children about the worry boxes that are in the classroom to ensure that they are able to express any worries they have and with the assurance that they worries will be dealt with immediately.
