School Travel Plan
At Newton Farm Primary School, we have chosen to be part of an exciting nationwide challenge to motivate more children and their families to walk to school. WOW – the walk to school challenge is a pupil-led initiative where children self-report how they travel to school every day.
Harrow Council have produced a fantastic WALK ZONE MAP for our school. This map can be used to plan safe and active journeys to and from school. For families who live inside the zones to please walk, cycle or scoot to school. If you live outside the zones and have to drive, please park outside of the zones and walk the last part of the journey with everyone else. Our map will help you find your route to school.

We know that children, particularly as pedestrians, cyclists and car passengers are vulnerable to road users. In order to help keep children safe we endeavor to organise various road safety programmes at school.
