'Shopping' 22/05/15
This week in RC, we have been continuing to learn about our topic 'Shopping'. For phonics, we have learnt the diagraph 'er' and the trigraph 'ure' as well as learning and practising writing high frequency words. For mathematics, we have been recapping adding and takeaway using dice, as well as coins and time. On Tuesday, we had our last session of Gymnastics; the children enjoyed working in teams, using the skills they have learnt and collected points, they all got a special sticker for their fantastic learning this term. We also had our first session of drama which included a range of drama games and group activities; the children did extremely well, were very enthusiatic and showed off their lovely acting skills. RC have been working extra hard this half term and we are very pleased with the progress they have made.
